Captains Report

As a training match for the forthcoming Inter County Matches being held over North Berwick West Links in June, 10 of our squad played against 10 low handicap men on Sunday in fourball better ball format.

North Berwick GC kindly laid on breakfast rolls and hot drinks for all players before braving the elements and our thanks go to the Club for providing this.

The weather was not kind to us with poor visibility due to rolling mist blowing in from the sea on a stiff cool breeze. All players battled hard but sadly the end result being a win to the men 3 _^1/2 to 1 _^1/2 .

Everyone enjoyed the event and it proved to be a valuable practice for all the ladies involved. Thanks to all the men for giving up their time especially on "Mothers Day"!
