It was a lovely sunny day at the Borders for our annual friendly match at The Hirsel Golf Club Coldstream. We were made to feel very welcome at the golf club and all the matches were played in a very friendly sociable manner. The match was very close and two matches halved.
Susan and Sarah were up against it when their opponents had a hole in one. Congratulations to Julie Birdsall for her hole in one.
Sophie and Lauren pulled back to be 1 up playing the 18th but their opponents holed a 25 foot putt to square the match which resulted in a drawn match.
