I would just like to give a big thank you to all my team at Scotscraig. Elaine Dick(Vice captain),Liz McLelland(Hon Secretary),Gwen Stewart(Treasurer),Carol McLeod(President), Lesley Atkins, Liz Dunn Butler, Joanne Free, Jane Herd, Lesley Johnston, Lauren Lee, Susan Penman and Clara Young all contributed to making the jamboree an enjoyable event for everyone. The team played well and their demeanour on and off the course was exemplary. Everyone was enthusiastic and encouraging and all the matches were played in good sport in spirit. I would also like to thank the members of ELLCGA who gave up their time to act as caddies at the Jamboree. The players really appreciate their help and encouragement. Sadly we did not emulate last year's achievement but being runners up was very satisfying and the team worked hard for that result. I look forward to next year's jamboree at Mortonhall Golf Club being as enjoyable.
