As you all know Clara Young is at Missouri University and several members often ask how she is doing. Well the fantastic news from over the pond is that she is doing fantastically!
Mizzou Women’s Golf Team won the Johnnie Imes Invitational earlier this month in record fashion as they set a new team and individual tournament scoring records.
A new 54 hole team record was set at 39 under par. Jess Meek, great friend of Clara and fellow Scot won the individual title with a score of 15 under. I am delighted to report that in tied second place was Clara with fellow Mizzou student Michelle Butler on 9 under par.
